ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Gabriel, and since 2022, I have been working as a developer specializing in virtual reality (VR, XR, MR), primarily with Unity but also with Unreal Engine. I hold a diploma in Virtual and Augmented Reality specialization from the Grasset Institute in Montreal, as well as a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Montreal.
I have always been fascinated by science, the human body, the arts, and human interactions. These seemingly disparate aspects of my personality have found a perfect playground in the development of Virtual and Augmented Reality.
My diverse educational and professional background reflects my interest in these fields. Before working in XR, I studied physics, worked as a social worker, and had a career as a professional circus artist and performer. These experiences allowed me to acquire skills in stage management, project management, problem-solving, mathematics, and human relations, which now enrich my work in this fascinating medium of XR.
Outside of my work, I enjoy exploring the intersections between technology and art, always curious to learn new things and take on new challenges.
